Emergency callouts
No job turned away for size

Straight lines, level floors
Spacers stay in until the mortar has set. It is slower and it is why the grout lines still look right years later.
A shower is the least forgiving thing in a house. Every cut shows, every fall has to run to the drain, and a bench or a niche has to be waterproofed properly before a single tile goes on. That is the part of the job that takes the time, and it is the part that decides whether the bathroom still looks good in ten years.
We take bathrooms from a full tear out through the framing, the substrate, the tile and the fixtures, and we do the smaller version too: a pan replaced, a cracked tile cut out and matched, a vanity swapped.

Vinyl plank through a whole house, tile in the wet rooms, or a commercial epoxy flake floor that has to take a delivery cart every morning and still mop clean. Different floors, same rule: the prep underneath decides how the finish holds up.
Repairs count too. If a section is damaged and you still have material left over from the original install, we would rather patch it in than talk you into a whole new floor.

Eastern Oregon weather is hard on everything outdoors. Decks go soft, fence posts move, roofs give up quietly and you find out in February. We rebuild deck framing, put in vinyl fencing, reroof, and handle the yard work that piles up in between.
Decks
New framing, boards and repairs to what has gone soft.
Fencing
Vinyl fence installs, gates and post work.
Roofing
Reroofs and repairs, checked before we call it done.
Yard and snow
Cleanups, plus lots and driveways plowed.
That is the honest version. Some outfits only want the big remodel and some only want the quick fix. We do both, and most weeks we are doing one of each.
Full tear outs through to the last piece of trim. Tiled walls, tiled floors, built in benches, recessed niches and the fixtures set straight.
Large format wall tile, mosaic shower pans, floor tile laid level and spaced properly so the grout lines still look right in ten years.
Vinyl plank, tile and commercial epoxy floors. Repairs too, and we will work with the material you already have on hand where it makes sense.
Kitchens, living spaces, whole room refits, siding and exterior work. Small jobs and big jobs both get the same attention.
New deck framing and boards, vinyl fence installs, gates and repairs to what the weather has already gotten to.
Reroofs and roof repairs, done properly and checked over before we call it finished.
Leaking washing machines, aging water heaters, doors that stick, things that broke on a Friday night. If it is broke, more than likely we can fix it.
Yard cleanups, plus lots and driveways plowed when the snow lands. Call early and we will get to you before you open up.
Emergency callouts around the clock, plus 24 hour roadside assistance and transport. The kind of help that does not keep office hours.
Not sure it is something we do?
Send a text with a photo of it. You will get a straight answer either way.

Jeffrey has done several jobs for me, from reroofing my house to installing a vinyl fence. He always goes above and beyond to make sure its done right and that you're happy.
I called Jeffrey early in the morning desperate to get the snow cleared off my parking lot before I opened the doors and he was there within an hour and had my lot plowed quickly! He was very courteous and piled it up out of the way. 10/10 will call again, and I highly recommend!
Jeffery was beyond amazing! On a late Friday night he was able to repair my sisters 20 year old hot water heater. Jeffery is the ultimate professional who gets the job done quickly. I especially admire is his ability to " problem solve" issues to keep costs at a minimum. I strongly recommend Jeffery and I must say he his one of the very best I have hired in the past 40 years. Thank you Jeffery!
Jeffrey was incredible, I had a leak in my washing machine I gave him a call to book an appointment and an hour later he arrived. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took great pride in his work. He didn't leave until he fixed my issue and made sure to let me know what to look out for and that he would give me a hand if anything came up. I would absolutely recommend him and his company to anyone looking for help with any issue you would need a handyman for. Great service!
Exceeded expectations. Fast and friendly service. Will use again and highly recommend. Excited to have help checking off my to do list. You're amazing! Thank you.
Handy Helpers is a small Hermiston operation, and the person who answers the phone is the person who turns up. Customers tend to name him in their reviews, which is usually the giveaway that the same pair of hands did the roof, the fence and the water heater.
The way we work is simple. Call or send a text, ideally with a photo of whatever is wrong. You get a straight answer on whether it is something we handle and what it will take. If nobody picks up, leave a voicemail and you will hear back.
Emergencies do not wait for business hours, so neither do we. A hot water heater on a Friday night, a lot that needs plowing before you open the doors, a vehicle that needs a hand at the roadside: those calls get answered.

A finished shower is one photo. Getting there means a room stripped back to the studs, a floor pulled up, and a week of work nobody photographs. That stage is where a job is either done properly or quietly rushed.

Left: a shower back to the framing before waterproofing. Right: a whole floor going in around a kitchen still in use.
Text is quickest and a photo saves a trip. Either way you get a real answer about what the job needs.
